Alumni Success Lead
StreetWise Partners is seeking a driven Alumni Success Lead to strengthen and grow our alumni community, ensuring long-term career advancement and professional success for program graduates. This role leads alumni engagement, communications, and data management efforts within the Talent Services team to ensure all alumni have ongoing access to employment support, coaching, and professional development opportunities. The Alumni Success Lead will collaborate closely with the Employer Relations Lead and the Talent Services team to oversee alumni data systems, track outcomes, and generate insights that inform strategies and organizational decision-making.
This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 1 day working on-site, reporting to the Sr. Program Director.

Program Recruitment and Community Partnerships Lead
StreetWise Partners is seeking a motivated Program Recruitment and Community PartnershipsLead to support mentee recruitment for the DC StreetWise Bridge Program. This role is responsible for enrolling 120+ job seekers annually by executing recruitment strategies, managing the application pipeline, and ensuring a strong pool of qualified candidates. The Program Recruitment Lead will also support the Senior Program Director in cultivating and maintaining community partner relationships to expand outreach and sustain recruitment pipelines.
This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 2 days working on-site, reporting to the Sr. Program Director.
