    Tracey Allard
    Executive Director

    Tracey has been Executive Director at StreetWise Partners since March 2011. She has long been committed to supporting disadvantaged individuals and communities. Throughout her career, she has led results-driven community development, workforce development, and capacity-building initiatives. Her work has strengthened the efforts of practitioners through technical assistance, training, and research projects that stimulated dialogue and improved workforce development practices. Underlining her work is a staunch and passionate belief that given the right opportunities, disadvantaged individuals can thrive and be contributing members of society.

    Tracey joins StreetWise Partners from her most recent position as the Director of Employment and Graduate Services at The HOPE Program. There she led the development and launch of an innovative sectoral program called GROCERYworks, which trains and places low-income job-seekers in career ladder opportunities in the food retail industry. She also held program positions at The Door, Public/Private Ventures, and Seedco.

    Tracey succeeds Melanie Christianson, who joined StreetWise Partners in February 2008 and served as Interim Executive Director from June 2010 to April 2011. Mrs. Christianson recently moved back to England with her husband, Graeme, also a long time StreetWise Partners volunteer.

    Development Associate

    Kristin is the Development Associate based in StreetWise Partners’ New York office. Before joining StreetWise Partners, Kristin was the Director of Development and, prior to that, Communications Manager at one of the largest community mental health centers and child welfare case management agencies in the Tampa Bay, Florida region. Kristin specializes in various aspects of nonprofit fund development including event planning, grant writing, public relations, and donor outreach. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship in Applied Technologies, both from the University of South Florida.

    Seekqumarie Kellman
    Development and Program Associate

    Seekqumarie Kellman is responsible for market research and knowledge management relevant to resource generation and client support from our key supporters at StreetWise Partners. Prior to StreetWise Partners, Seekqumarie worked at the English Speaking Union of the US as a program and development assistant, the Urban Assembly School for Law & Justice in Brooklyn spearheading a support group of students for after school programming and organizing fundraising events, and Children’s Defense Fund Freedom School, which provides summer and after-school enrichment that helps children fall in love with reading, increases their self-esteem and generates more positive attitudes. She’s an active leader in the community and has been a volunteer for The Ethical Community Charter School and Girls on the Run and is a peer mentor for StreetWise Partners. Seekqumarie has a BA in American Studies from Wheaton College, MA and is a graduate of the StreetWise Partners 2009 Young Adult Career Ventures program.

    Lauren Libera
    Director, Washington D.C. Region

    Lauren is responsible for the growth of programs and resources for StreetWise Partners’ Washington, D.C. site. Prior to StreetWise Partners, Lauren was the Community Coordinator at the Katherine K. Hanley Family Shelter where she managed the shelter's volunteers, adult and youth programs, in-kind donations, and special events. Prior to joining the Katherine K. Hanley Family Shelter, Lauren was the Site Coordinator of LIFT-DC, a community resource center for low-income individuals and families in the District of Columbia. Lauren directed the D.C. center and served as a thought partner for LIFT's local and national growth strategies. Lauren has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Georgetown University, where she graduated Cum Laude and participated in the Psychology Honors Program.

    Rasheem Palmer
    Program Manager

    Rasheem manages all participant services, recruiting and interviewing candidates, and provides overall staff support. Rasheem founded the Peer Mentorship program at StreetWise Partners, which works in juxtaposition with our Career Ventures Program by connecting current participants with recent graduates to provide additional support during their development in the program. A graduate of the spring 2005 cycle's Core Training Program, Rasheem returned in the fall of 2005 to complete an internship with StreetWise Partners. At the end of his internship, Mr. Palmer was offered a full-time position on staff. Rasheem is often the first face that greets prospective clients; his dedication to the StreetWise Partners program stems from his personal knowledge of the transformative experience it gives, making him an engaged and encouraging mentor to all our clients.

    Greg Wise
    Director of Programs and Evaluations

    Greg joined StreetWise Partners as the Director of Programs and Evaluation in July 2011. He is committed to expanding the number of trainees and volunteers participating with StreetWise Partners, while also refining and innovating the program model in order to lay the foundation for improved services and potential expansion. He is also responsible for overseeing metrics collection and analysis.

    Greg brings over 8 years of professional experience, having worked with at-risk, court-involved, and formerly incarcerated youth in various roles. Greg began his work at one of New York City’s leading alternative-to-incarceration programs (CASES) in 2004, and was able to earn two promotions in 4 years, allowing him to work with disadvantaged youth and their families as a Case Manager, a Career Exploration Coordinator, and finally as the Director of the Learning to Work Program. Prior to assuming the Director’s role at StreetWise Partners he additionally played an instrumental role in assisting CASES in securing City and Federal contracts valued at approximately $3.3 million. Greg is currently on the Advisory Board for Art-Start, an arts focused organization serving at-risk youth throughout New York City. He holds a B.A. from Hampshire College in Comparative Social Change: Theory and Practice, as well as an M.A. from New York University in Non-Profit Management and Social Work.
