Conduct three mock interviews in one day with our program participants. Volunteers play different interviewer 'roles' of CEO, Line Manager and HR Manager to provide our trainees with the experience of different types of interviews. Volunteers then give trainees feedback regarding their performance and their resume to facilitate their job search process.

Participate in a one-hour networking event during which you listen to multiple 30-second 'elevator pitches' from our trainees and provide them with feedback regarding their performance to facilitate growth in their networking capabilities.

Work one on one with a trainee to provide feedback and insight on their business document (resume, cover letter or thank you note).
