All programs for our Spring cycle will start in March 2012.

Mentor Sign Up

We are very excited that you want to sign-up to be a mentor with StreetWise Partners. Your time and commitment to helping a motivated, low-income individual to improve their chances of career success is admirable.

Please use this form to sign-up for an upcoming StreetWise Partners mentoring program. If you are a first time mentor, as well as completing this form, please email your resume to mentor_resumes@streetwisepartners.org.

You should only complete this form if you have either mentored before or attended a mentor information session. By completing this form, you are committing that you are available to become a mentor for StreetWise Partners for a full year (the first three months you'll meet weekly with your trainee, and after that you'll continue to work with them in your own time to ensure they complete the goals on their career work-plan).

You can select multiple programs if your availability is flexible, and you will be contacted to inform you which program you have been placed on.
